Eco Draft - Terms and Conditions

Premium buffet trays & equipment supplied by Eco Draft remain property of Eco Draft & must be available to collect by our staff members. If buffet trays or equipment are damaged or misplaced we will unfortunately have to invoice for these losses at cost price. Classic, Standard, Children’s and Afternoon Tea are all supplied on disposable Buffet trays supplied from Eco Draft are the customer’s responsibility to dispose as these are not an item that requires collection

Products are subject to availability. Eco Draft reserves the right to vary or alter products where necessary without notice unless otherwise agreed in writing with the customer.

Orders must be placed by telephone or email. Orders not confirmed by Eco Draft will not be guaranteed for delivery.

Please place orders for Corporate or Private Functions 7 days before the event. However if you do need a late order, we will do our upmost to deliver & a 20% short notice charge will apply to orders placed on the same day as delivery.

All prices on our menu are exclusive of VAT. VAT is calculated on final invoice.

Cancellations must be made at least 3 days before the delivery date to ensure no charge. Buffets cancelled without 5 days notice will be subject to a 30% cancellation charge. Please note weekends are not included in any 5 day notice period.

Some products contain nuts. Our platters come with labels stating our food may contain trace of nuts.

All food is delivered for consumption on the day, if food received is not refrigerated until consumption we recommend it to be eaten within 4 hours. Eco Draft cannot take responsibility for food not stored correctly or consumed within the guidelines given. Our platters come with labels stating storage instructions clearly.

Corporate Customers are offered 30 day accounts and are strictly 30 days, any late payments will be charged with interest. Eco Draft reserves the right to charge 10% interest on the overdue balances for the period from the date on which payment became due until the date on which payment is made including any period after the date of any judgement or decree against the customer. In addition each overdue invoice will attract a late payment fee of £30. Failure to pay by the due date shall entitle Eco Draft to suspend delivery of all unexecuted or future orders. In the event of any cheques, standing orders or direct debits due from a Customer to Eco Draft Being dishonoured, a charge of £45 (or such other sum as the Company may from time to time advise the Customer) will be made on the Customer's account to cover bank and administrative costs.
